Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup finely chopped potatoes
1 cup water
1 can (14 oz.) baked beans
1/2 cup Barbecue Sauce
1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Place ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown beef being sure to breakup any large chunks. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain beef. Place beef back in skillet and add onions, potatoes and carrots. Leaving temperature on medium heat cook vegetables and beef for 5 minutes. Reduce heat to low and add water.
