Ingredients

8-10 medium red potatoes, quartered
2 large white onions, quartered
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
2 pounds smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1 inch slices
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 teaspoon pepper
1 pint heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water

Directions

You will need a large roasting pan for this recipe. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the potatoes, onions, peppers and sausage together in the roasting pan. In a small bowl blend together the oil, basil and pepper until well blended. Mix the oil mixture with the meat and vegetables being sure to coat them well.
